1. Standard Digital Products

  • Standard digital products (such as downloadable files, e-books, or templates) purchased directly on arongoulah.com are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

  • To request a refund for a digital product, please contact us with your order details and proof of purchase.

2. Custom Editing & Service Work

  • Custom editing, production, and service work involve dedicated time and labor. Therefore, all payments for editing or labor-intensive custom services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • Exceptions: Refunds or partial credits for editing services are evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion (e.g., in the event of an emergency, extraordinary situation, or a failure to meet agreed-upon delivery standards).

3. Event Tickets (LA Rams Tickets)

  • All sales of event tickets, including Rams tickets, are final and non-refundable.

  • Event tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once purchased.

4. Physical Products & Physical Returns

  • For any physical products sold on arongoulah.com:

    • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

    • Process: Refunds will only be processed after the returned physical item has been received, inspected, and verified at our facility. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Third-Party & Affiliate Links

  • arongoulah.com features affiliate links to third-party merchant sites (e.g., hardware wallets, external tools).

  • Transactions completed through third-party sites are governed exclusively by those merchants' individual refund and return policies. We do not handle payments, shipments, or refunds for external partner websites.
